  • All payments made for services, passes, promotions, or PR are non-refundable.
  • Payment and PR does not guarantee an award selection.
  • Any discounts or promotional packages are governed by separate terms.

6. User Accounts & Login (if applicable)

  • Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials at all times.
  • Any unauthorized access should be reported immediately to Dogma Soft.
  • Accounts may be blocked in case of misuse.

7. Selection & Judging Process

  • Nominations will be reviewed by a jury based on merit, innovation, contribution, and impact.
  • The jury's and Dogma Soft's decisions are final and cannot be contested.

  • Personal data will be used solely for nomination processing and related communications.
  • Data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
  • Data will be stored securely until the event cycle ends or longer if legally required.

9. Use of Media & Consent

  • By submitting a nomination or attending the event, you consent to Dogma Soft using your name, image, and story for marketing and promotions.
  • This includes usage on social media, press, emailers, and print materials.

10. Event Footage & Digital Rights

  • Event attendees may be photographed or filmed, and Dogma Soft holds the rights to this content for future promotions.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All content, graphics, and branding on this website belong to Dogma Soft.
  • Reproducing, copying, or sharing this content without permission is strictly prohibited.

12. Spam, Fraud, and Misuse

  • The Dogma Jaipur Safari experience is valid for one person per nomination.
  • This experience is non-transferable unless explicitly approved in writing by the organizers.
